HOPE for Ariang has several initiatives that aim at increasing education access for girls and empowering women, whose education have been neglected for generations in Sudan. Some of these initiatives are:
- Digging wells on the school premises and in the villages to make it easy for girls to bring water home after school.
- Building separate pit latrines for girls to protect their privacy
- Buying uniforms for girls
- Hiring female teachers to teach and serve as role models for young girls in the school.

Sponsor a Girl: Impact her learning!
Help us educate girls by sponsoring:
- $15 provides school lunch for a month
- $20 provides one student with a full set of text books
- $25 buys a set of school uniforms for one student for one year
- $30 provides one student with a backpack full of school supplies and textbooks
We believe that educating the next generation of young girls and empowering Sudanese women is a critical component in the reconstruction of post war torn villages in South Sudan.
